Contact us for rates
We believe in transparency. Depending on the case, we typically offer a flat fee to qualified clients with a detailed explanation of what is and isn't included. If you are shopping for an estate plan based solely on price, then we may not be the right attorneys for you. You may find that our rates may be higher or lower than some attorneys, but they represent exceptional value. All of our estate plans are completely drafted by an experienced in-house attorney and not by paralegals or contractors. They are customized for the particular clients' needs after spending quality time getting to know them and their priorities.
The fee will be quoted at the end of the initial consultation and is determined by many factors including: The wishes and priorities of the client, the objectives the client has for their property and family (including the desire for asset protection planning), building in flexibility into the trust to handle tax matters, the size of the estate (which may impact estate and tax objectives), and any special planning needed for minor children or others.
